Since 1974, Foreign Accents has been servicing import vehicles here in the Triad. For many of our customers, we handle all aspects of their vehicle care and maintenance - everything from basic service & state inspections to major repairs, detailing and more. Our property on W. Market St. covers 5 acres including customer parking, the 12 bay shop and our dealership, Auto Focus with a selection of about 30 pre-owned vehicles at the front of the lot.
We are seeking a professional individual to fill our driver position & shop maintenance position. This position is ideal for someone wanting to get a start in the automotive industry as it will provide experience working in a production repair facility. Regardless of career path, we are looking for an individual we can count on to do a good job.
Requirements:
1. Valid NC driver's license and good driving record with no points.
2. Ability to drive a vehicle with a manual transmission
3. Must be presentable to the public
4. Ability to work as part of a team
5. Must be punctual and have good work ethic
6. Be able to work all day in a sometimes fast paced environment
Duties:
1. Transport customers to and from the shop
2. Pick up and deliver parts, tires etc.
3. Shop maintenance including stocking supplies, cleaning glass, mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, trash removal, general cleaning, washing cars, basic repairs, and other tasks as needed.
4. Assist technicians when requested - no specific automotive knowledge required
