Warehouse Foreman at small recycling company
Seeking a motivated individual to run our new operations warehouse. You will be the on-site lead for the facility and working alone 90% of the time. You will be reporting directly to the owner who will be on-site once per month. You will be the only employee at the facility so you will need to enjoy working alone. The facility is not open to the public but you will be interacting with vendors and delivery drivers.
Hours:
8am-4pm M-F
Beginning Jan 5th 2026
Responsibilities:
- opening/closing daily
- locking up and securing the facility at closure
- communicating with owner regularly on a daily basis
- assisting owner with all facility related tasks (setting up electronics, adjusting security cameras, general/misc assignments and tasks, etc
- greeting delivery drivers and vendors
- loading/unloading all trucks (forklift / pallet jack)
- preparing loading documents
- warehouse cleanliness
- inventory management (excel)
- material separation and sortation
- pallet preparation
Requirements:
- Must be on-site and available during work hours.
- have reliable transportation to/from work
- valid drivers license
- US citizen
- have a cell phone and be consistently available
- be able to drive a forklift (forklift certified is a plus - If not already certified, I will get you the training/certificate)
- be able to use a computer/printer/camera/email
- be able to lift atleast 80 lbs
- a good attitude and ability to follow instructions
