Job Description:
-Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
-Perform data entry and scan documents
-Manage calendar for Managing Director
-Assist in resolving any administrative problems
-Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
-Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
-Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
Skills and Qualifications:
Reporting skills, administrative writing skills, Microsoft Office skills, managing processes, organization, analyzing, problem solving, verbal communication, detail oriented, time management.
Candidates within a 10-20 mile radius of Burlington, NC preferred
College degree is a PLUS
