Assists with the deployment and support of systems and applications supporting the health system.Responsibilities:
Assist with the deployment and support of Network Operating Systems as well as insure proper maintenance of management tools and related documentation.
Develops and implements various training, job aids and instruction for other IT professionals on the use operating systems, networking, applications and databases.
Monitors established policies, procedures and standards to ensure conformance with Information Technology and the organization's objectives.
Provides assistance on technical, performance, and operational analysis for all computer hardware and application job flows. Makes recommendations for improvements with senior level position and management in coordination with other related systems. Works with other IT teams and other departments to provide a stable and scalable end user computing environment.
Provides system administration support for windows desktop class systems, and Microsoft Configuration Manager within the enterprise on various computer platforms.
Must have strong knowledge base of Microsoft Configuration Manager and packaging IDEs (Advanced Installer, AdminStudio or similar).Other InformationEducation Requirements:● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or related field (or equivalent combination of education, training and experience).Licensure/Certification Requirements:● No licensure or certification required.Professional Experience Requirements:● If a Bachelor's degree: Two (2) years of relevant experience.● If an Associate's degree: Four (4) years of relevant experience.● If a High School diploma or GED: Six (6) years of relevant experience.Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:
