Qualifications:
Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and shop drawings
Submittal creation experience a plus
Must be able to run a CNC and build quality, commercial, euro frameless style cabinets
-full overlay doors, flush overlay doors, pocket screws, dowels, laminating, stain
Must be familiar with tools such as: table saws, band saws, panel saws, edgebanders, routers, etc.
Must have experience manufacturing solid surface countertops.
-cove splash, integral sinks, undermount sinks, field seams, bullnose, dripless edge, seam prep etc.
Good mathematical, measuring and communication skills are required
Must be able to use a computer
Need an understanding of scheduling, budgets and material yield
Must be able to load and package materials properly and safely
Stone manufacturing experience a plus, but not required
