The qualified individual must meet the following:
Have reliable transportation (Truck preferred)
Must have valid Driver’s license
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be able to work on military / government projects
Willing to travel (Mon – Friday)
Able to read blueprints
Able to operate lift equipment (scissor lifts)
Able to deal with the customer while keeping the crewmen motivated and on schedule
We are a local family-owned commercial caulking subcontractor that works throughout the NC and SC region and are currently looking for the RIGHT, MOTIVATED individual that wants to become part of a growing team. Light travel is involved typically within 2 hours of our home market but like any other part of construction, the travel varies based on the workload. All of our work is done indoors so we are not at the mercy of mother nature. We don’t believe we need to work weekends, so when traveling you’re typically home on weekends. Because we are in the process of spreading our wings as a company, the room for advancement for the right personality is wide open and based on the ability to learn and lead.
Due to the current workload in the area, we will be on these sites for about 1 year (maybe more), so you will report to the same site(s) during the construction phase. The goal is to teach (and grow) a local crew about our work scope and allow them to execute the work in and around the Jacksonville / Wilmington markets.
Compensation is based on experience with start range $18 - $20…(reviewed and adjusted after probation period). Additional compensation may include (based on workload), travel pay and Bonus options.
