Support the overall business on Salesforce
Maintain user access and permissions
Review and ensure proper use of the tool consistent with established guidelines
Leverage Chatter to communicate with users when corrections are needed
Contribute to the overall enhancement roadmap by identifying issues or gaps and bringing them forward for discussion
Actively participate in bi-weekly meeting with the Salesforce team
Manage and resolve user support cases
Contribute to process documentation and end user support materials
Create reports and dashboards to support the business
Collaborate with Marketing to ensure campaigns and activities are setup and recorded properly in Salesforce
Work directly with Director of Operations to manage and prioritize project and initiatives
Own, manage and deliver on any assigned projects
Assist with driving other projects forward
Work with the General Manager and Finance Lead to review and modify/enhance product structure to support the business
Lead the effort to migrate Life Sciences to CPQ (configure price quote) in Salesforce including
modifying/adjusting product structure and pricing to fit within the supported parameters of the system
organizing and leading meetings with LS stakeholders to drive the initiative forward
Review inputs and make recommendations on what solutions will work
Work with the development team to create and implement the solutions in Salesforce
Oversee sales orders for the Live Sciences business:
Monitor order cases in Salesforce to ensure they are picked up and processed within SLAs
Identify and order submissions missing information or requiring additional rep input
Guide sales team on proper process and contract use
Create cover sheets as needed to facilitate order processing
Work with the rest of the Sales Ops team to identify recurring issues and continuously refine the process to improve overall quality and efficiency
Work with the SalesOps team and SSAs to develop automated and manual checks to ensure orders are processed properly
Responsibility to manage the overall LS invoicing process and mitigate any challenges or issues
Ensure proper processes are followed and issues identified
Review order issues with rest of team and credit management to determine best solution
Utilize internal tools to access and review invoices
Update financial account information in GCRM
Facilitate the transactional billing process by ensuring customers and agreements are setup properly in Appian and GCRM so billing can be done
Responsibility for managing and maintaining data for vendor forms
Maintain a database of contacts and pertinent information that can be used as a reference point for filling out vendor forms
Collaborate with other departments in the organization for input so forms can be filled out properly and submitted in a timely manner
Manage a sharepoint and ensure all completed vendor forms are readily accessible and stored
