Job DescriptionArchitectural Design:Design and configure Microsoft 365 environments, including but not limited to Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and OneDrive.Translate business requirements into architectural designs that promote scalability, security, and reliability.Product Expertise:Demonstrate deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 products, services, and licensing models.Stay up-to-date with the latest features, updates, and best practices.Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams, business units, and end-users to understand their needs and pain points.Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize technology initiatives.Solution Implementation:Lead the implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.Develop proof of concepts (POCs) and pilots to validate proposed solutions.Governance and Compliance:Establish governance policies for Microsoft 365 usage, data security, and compliance.Monitor and enforce adherence to policies and standards.Technical Leadership:Provide technical guidance to development teams, system administrators, and other IT professionals.Mentor junior architects and engineers.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
