Description Robert Half is currently working with a dynamic client looking for a Property Accountant. The Property Accountant should have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and property-specific systems, as well as experience in accounting and property management. Support management reporting by preparing monthly balance sheet and income statement analyses
Report on a variety of financial data after analyzing and coordinating
Assemble reporting packages and financial statements
Sustain monthly payment and capital lease schedules
Help with the implementation of internal controls, as well as maintenance and adherence
Support reconciliation, depreciation and fixed-asset ledger
Prepare complex journal entries and account reconciliations Requirements - Sound understanding of industry specific accounting software
Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or a related field is required
Command of Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
Multi-Entity or Multi-Location Accounting preferred
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Previous experience in accounting, real estate accounting, or property accounting preferred
