What you'll do:
- Lead and motivate a team to deliver top-notch customer service
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and food orders
- Handle cash management and opening/closing procedures
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
- Be a hands on leader during busy shifts
What we're looking for:
- Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality (lead or supervisory role is a huge plus)
- Problem-solver who can stay calm under pressure
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be available for early mornings, weekends, and holidays
