We are looking for an organized and professional Kitchen Manager, Bartender, and a Barback to join or team! We are a fast-paced wine and cocktail bar in the Golden Belt, in Durham and will be serving light snacks to beautifully executed dishes, cocktails, beer, and wine.
Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
Manage the Kitchen during service.
Ensure that our high standards are met with food quality and plate presentation.
Place orders with our distributors.
Assist with dishes as needed.
Requirements:
Serve Safe Certification
1 Year Minimum working in a fast paced bar or restaurant.
Ability to lift 25 lbs.
Ability to work Wednesday-Saturday as needed.
Compensation starting at $22/HR depending on experience.
Barback:
Must have experience in a fast-paced bar or kitchen. We are also happy to help train you. :)
Bartender:
Must have experience.
Must have wine and Cocktail knowledge.
