Maintenance
Solid technical knowledge in:
General restaurant/ food service (or similar facilities) awareness
Must possess manual dexterity and physical stamina, while be actively involved in day-to-day tasks.
Perform miscellaneous fixes such as: repairing doors, windows, furniture, walls etc.
Facilitate installation of appliances and equipment.
Have good knowledge of, and conduct preventive maintenance on, restaurant equipment, gaskets, HVAC, lighting, electrical, etc.
Check functionality of safety systems (fire alarms)
Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations and repairs.
Conduct inspections and walk-throughs with fire, safety, and health officials.
Qualified candidate will be on-site M-F (typically hour 8am thru 5pm) and may be on-call or schedule on-call on some weekends.
