Cary Property Management Company has an immediate opening for someone with basic maintenance skills or an eagerness to learn skills from senior personnel. The position includes coverage for the Raleigh/Durham/Cary areas with occasional on-call duty. Applicant must live within 30 minutes of Durham and have DEPENDABLE TRANSPORTATION. Mileage will be paid for use of personal vehicle.
This is a full-time job with 7 paid holidays. Vacation and sick time will be accrued after 6 months of continuous full-time employment.
