Chapel Hill based property management company has immediate opening for a full time maintenance technician. This is a hands-on role with a wide variety of projects to keep your work engaging. Tasks may include: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, drywall, landscaping and grounds maintenance. Tools and materials provided.

-Broad maintenance skills and ability to troubleshoot
