Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License and a reliable vehicle - Willing and able to drive to downtown Clayton NC or meet anywhere in Wake & Johnston County each day.
Smart Phone - A GPS, Job Calendar, and crew app are required to work on each job.
Physical fitness - This job is a physically demanding workout. Movers are expected to be able to lift heavy household objects both as a team and alone up and down stairs for hours until the job is completed.
Team-Player Mentality - Communication skills, customer service, and game planning are all needed to be successful in this position.
Drug Test and Background Check - NSS is a drug-free workplace and applicants with a record of violence or theft will not be considered
Starting Compensation Overview:
Movers - Earn between $18-$22/hr, plus daily cash tips, plus review bonuses
Crew Leaders/Drivers - Earn between $22-$24/hr, plus daily cash tips, plus review and monthly bonuses
All Year-Round Movers make a $1/hr raise on hiring anniversaries
