You would be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment in and around the facility during evening and overnight hours. This role involves deep cleaning of the facility after regular business hours to ensure the premises are ready for use the following day. This position is M-F 9pm-12am and there is a rotating weekend schedule that fluctuates. You must have the flexibility to work over the weekend. You must also be a reliable, dependable and consistent team player. You must have good punctuality and attendance! You must be able to lift 15 pounds in order to move machinery and etc. This is a W2 position. Guaranteed 15-20 hours weekly.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, kitchens, break rooms, and common areas.
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors throughout the building, including hallways and staircases.
Dust and clean surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
Take out the trash and recyclables, and ensure proper disposal.
Restock bathroom supplies and ensure all cleaning products are readily available.
Report any necessary repairs or maintenance issues to management.
Deep clean carpets, walls, and windows on a scheduled basis.
Assist with special cleaning projects or tasks as directed by the supervisor.
Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used and stored properly.
Work efficiently with minimal supervision, ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.
Qualifications:
Flexible schedule and willingness to work overnight hours.
Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify areas needing cleaning or attention.
Good physical stamina and the ability to work on feet for extended periods.
