We are looking for an experienced pool service technician to join our team. The right candidate should have knowledge in maintenance (cleaning and balancing) as well as equipment repairs. Other responsibilities and requirements include:
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment; previous experience in pool cleaning, maintenance
- Daily maintenance of residential pools and spas, including cleaning and water chemistry
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Ability to handle physical workload with the ability to life 50 lb
- Ability to accept direction and work well with others
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Must provide a clean driving record and have aÂvalid driver's license
- Be able to communicate with team members and with customers
- Have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must have a neat appearance with no visible piercings
- Abide by our strict no smoking/no vaping policy in company vehicles or on job sites
- Previous pool industry experience is a MUST (owning a swimming pool does NOT count as experience)
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Pass a drug test
There is a probation period.
Position is Monday through Friday and starting pay will be $12 to $18+ per hour depending on experience, ability and attitude.
Start time is 7:30 am.
Typical end time is 4 - 5 pm
