We are looking for an office assistant for our construction company. Someone skilled in QuickBooks for invoicing, quotes, making checks, etc. Performs basic support tasks such as email communication, audits, and phone answering. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong time management, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with office applications, an aptitude for learning new software and systems, ability to maintain the confidentiality of company information, High school diploma or equivalent, organized, and someone bilingual (English & Spanish). Must have experience and resume required.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Must have own transportation.
