Must be available to work with buyers in Wake County, Durham, and Surrounding Areas. As a member of our team, you will receive training, mentoring, complementary marketing materials and more. Working along side of our top producer team leader, with over 20 years of experience will show you the ins and outs of the real estate business.

Responsibilities:
- Call incoming leads to determine their home buying needs and convert to appointments
- Prospecting
- Host Open Houses
- Assist buyer clients with their home buying process in order for them to get to a successful closing.
- Communicate with clients in a timely manner
- Negotiate offers on behalf of buyer clients
- Perform due diligence duties related to the homes that are an interest to buyer clients
- Attend the closing
- Show homes to buyer clients
- Participate in weekly team meetings
- Create raving fans!
Qualifications:
- NC Real Estate License
- Able to write an offer on the NC Contract
- 1+ years of real estate experience
- Full Broker License is a plus
- Valid Driver'sLicense
- Team Player
- Great Communication and Writing Skills
