Carpenters with at least 10 years experience are needed for decks, screened porches and boxing and siding. You must have dependable transportation, clean appearance, fully stocked tool belt and a good pair of work boots. I will supply all power tools needed. I don't have any contract labor, no subbing, no loans or 1099 work. This is a legitimate job. Taxes will be held out. The work week starts on Thursday and ends Wednesday. I don't hold back any pay. You will be paid on Friday by a direct deposit from Paychex. You must have a bank account established. I will give you a weeks paid vacation every year. You don't have to work a full year to get it. The way it works is a full year of labor is 52 weeks times 40 hours per week is 2080 hours. When you divide that by 5 days you get 416 hours. When you have worked 416 hours you will be able to get a days paid vacation. When I start a man out I work him for two days. At the end of the second day we will get together and discuss wages. If you don't agree with my offer I will pay you a fair rate for your time and we will part our separate ways. RECRUITERS DON'T CALL!
