We are currently looking to fill the position of Lead Irrigation Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for driving a company-owned service truck and following a daily route to perform residential irrigation repairs. Our service area includes Apex, Cary, Chapel Hill, Holly Springs, and New Hill.
Key Responsibilities:
- Irrigation system repairs, and maintenance.
- Independently manage and maintain a service route.
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions.
- Utilize basic computer skills to track routes and complete work orders.
- Ensure the proper maintenance of the assigned service truck.
- Collaborate with other team members on select projects.
- Attend additional training sessions for professional development, continued backflow certification classes.
Future Responsibilities:
-Oversee the next hired technician and provide guidance, support, training.
- Collaborate with the existing crew for technical support, training, quality follow-ups, installation reviews, and job setup on larger projects.
- Training to estimate jobs and meet weekly goals for entire crew.
Professional Development:
- Participate in continued training and certification programs.
- Attend the annual Green & Grow Show and participate in relevant classes for professional growth.
These additional responsibilities and opportunities for professional development would be considered an advancement and would include a corresponding pay raise or other compensation.
