Part-Time Maintenance Technician (15-25 Hours/Week) - Flexible Schedule

We are a small real estate investment company seeking a motivated Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a retired person or someone interested in learning more about real estate investments (including rentals and AirBnB).
Responsibilities:
Maintain residential yards (mowing, trimming, leaf blowing)
Assist with organizing tools and equipment
Help with minor upgrades and repairs to our rental properties (including carpentry work)
Use good judgment to determine when to complete tasks independently or consult with a supervisor
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience maintaining residential yards
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Proficient in measuring and cutting wood (carpentry experience a plus)
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Reliable with a consistent work ethic
Comfortable using a smartphone for clocking in/out
Able to receive payments electronically (Cash App, Venmo, etc.)
Experience with interior or exterior painting (preferred)
