This truly is a place where we all share a challenger mindset which drives our success.Job Summary:Partners with the organization’s Corporate Functional business leaders in the development and realization of the business strategy and transformation plans, and specifically, to develop and implement the aligned People Strategy required to deliver them. This includes all aspects of organizational effectiveness, including change leadership, employee engagement, performance-based culture, onboarding, retention, talent assessment, management and development, coaching, compliance, and employee relations. These important People Plans will be aligned to strategy and help, drive business success, and fostering a culture where all team members can thrive. The role will actively contribute to the P&C agenda for the Global Corporate Functions team and Global P&C workstreams for the wider People & Culture agenda. The position provides leadership of the P&C Transformation Plan to the People & Culture team and act as ‘HR for HR’.What You Will DoWHAT YOU WILL DO Duties and Responsibilities:(This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary by the Company)

Works with Global P&C stakeholders in relevant Global Corporate Functions to co-create the P&C agenda, and then customize and implement the agenda to local Region, aligned to local strategy

Partners with P&C Executive leadership to provide local Regional Leadership of the P&C Transformation plan to include regional P&C organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, performance based culture, talent assessment, management and development coaching, compliance and employee relations

Facilitates and partners in Organizational Design process, including impact assessment, people development plans and change management and communications plans

Leads the Organizational Health review to include Change Maturity, Employee Experience, People Leader Index, Leading the overall Talent Review process and organizational structure.

Develops and manages the Talent Plans liaising with the Global Talent Team and Functional leaders to ensure appropriate Talent Strategy and development plans are in place for critical roles, addressing actual and future organizational needs are in place, with a view to maintain a sustainable future talent pipeline.

Works with key stakeholders, leadership, and internal Center of Expertise (COE) partners to develop and implement organization-specific initiatives, frameworks, and solutions based on deep knowledge of business Function that are consistent with the overall People Strategies.

Supports and further develops corporate and commercial strategy and business plans and participates in the leadership management of the Corporate Functions. Shapes and champions organizational effectiveness and change and drives the strategic People & Culture agendas.

Plays a key role in supporting, co-leading, or deploying successful Imperial Brands enterprise initiatives (specifically the Unify program, Imperial’s ERP Platform) to drive overall effectiveness and transformative change.

Responsible for implementing programs and processes with a special emphasis on creating a performance-based culture and driving functional initiatives while maintaining professional, ethical, and efficiency standards.

Acts as a strategic consultant to senior level leadership within the organization to develop, deploy, and maintain people strategies across the enterprise.

Partners and collaborates with Functional business leaders to develop their functional capability, effective ways of working, and ensure alignment with enterprise purpose, vision, and behaviors.

Coaches and influences management to create a healthy, productive work environment, where teams feel empowered to bring their best selves to work.

Creates and maintain positive relationships with employees to build trust and prevent or resolve problems/disputes timely. Manage complex employee relations issues.

Works with leadership teams to create a leader-led, enabled culture of engagement and inclusion practices. Promotes a culture that is inclusive, respectful and grants each employee equitably the opportunity to learn, grow and contribute.

Enables insights through COE defined data, KPIs, and analytics

Advocate and champion for global standards and “best in class” ways of working

Identify compliance needs and advise or seek advice when appropriate

Performs other job-related duties as assigned

QualificationsEducation and Experience:

High School Diploma / GED and 11+ years related work experience and 5+ years managerial / supervisory experience OR

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field of study and 10+ years related work experience & 5+ years managerial / supervisory experience

Must be 21 years of age or older

Knowledge of:

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams

Strong process discipline, analytical skills and drive for results coupled with sound business and commercial acumen.

Understanding organizational and commercial strategies resulting in met business goals and results.

Preferred Qualifications:Education:

Masters Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field of study

Professional in Human Resources (PHR or SPHR)
