Work for a company who gives you a platform to do amazing things.As a Vice President of Card Acquisition Channel Analytics, you will lead our analytics efforts across our Paid Digital Channels (Paid Search, Affiliates and Emerging Media channels). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, with at least 5-7 years of experience, preferably in the card space. This role will be pivotal in driving data-driven marketing strategies and optimizing performance across key channels.Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy for Paid Search, Affiliates and Emerging Media channels.
Lead a team of 3 analysts / associates, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement; collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Provide actionable insights to optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI
Develop predictive models to enhance targeting and personalization efforts.
Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor channel performance; conduct regular performance reviews and present findings to senior leadership
Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to refine marketing strategies; work closely with marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure alignment and integration of analytics insights; Communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field
5-7 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on card marketing analytics
Proven experience in leading analytics for Direct Mail, Paid Search, and Affiliate channels
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities
Master's degree preferred
