Discover Opportunities: Identify and generate sales within our established service area by prospecting and qualifying leads.

Engage Prospects: Connect with potential customers through calls and visits, understanding their needs and guiding them through our offerings.

Customer Care: Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries, both new and existing, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Drive: Proactively reach out to previous customers to explore new business opportunities and expand our customer base.

Collaborative Support: Work closely with our Commercial Sales Administration team to prepare and finalize sales quotes and contracts.

SMART Solutions Advocate: Partner with Branch Managers and Technical teams to showcase our innovative SMART solutions to potential clients.

Relationship Management: Nurture relationships with current customers, identifying opportunities for upselling or enhancing services.

Adaptability: Adjust sales techniques based on customer feedback and market insights to optimize results.

Efficient Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our lead management system.

Strong computer skills, including database management and Windows-based applications.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively.
