The Opportunity We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Assistant Intern to work directly with our Chief of Staff. This is a rare opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to executive operations, biotech innovation, and FDA regulatory strategy — all while contributing to a company that’s changing the future of organ transplantation. You’ll get a front-row seat to how biotech startups grow, partner with leading research institutions, and navigate the path from concept to FDA approval. What You’ll Learn- How a biotechnology startup operates at the executive level- The process of FDA submissions, clinical coordination, and stakeholder engagement- How to manage strategic partnerships, board communications, and investor relations- Insight into biotech project management, business strategy, and research development pipelines- Professional communication, scheduling, and coordination for high-level leadership
Key Responsibilities- Support the Chief of Staff with scheduling, research, and administrative coordination- Assist in preparing presentations, investor materials, and regulatory documents- Conduct market and competitor research within the biotech sector- Help manage communications between internal teams and external partners- Track project timelines and follow up on deliverables- Take meeting notes, organize documents, and handle sensitive information with discretion
Ideal Candidate- Ambitious, organized, and eager to learn- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Interest in biotechnology, medicine, or business operations- Proficient with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office- Comfortable working independently in a dynamic startup environment- Current student or recent graduate in Business, Biology, Pre-Med, or related field
