Job SummaryBravera Bank is hiring for a Digital Success Technician in Bismarck, ND. Helping Digital Success Managers with Sales and Implementation of products and services

Assisting with administrative and support/maintenance duties

Adopting organizational responsibilities and public relations activities, such as attending community events, or participating in company sponsored shows/booths, etc.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting with the management of current relationships by providing service and support for all digital business banking products. Examples of digital business banking products includes, but is not limited to:

Internet Banking

Bill Pay

Cash Management

E-Deposit

ACH Services

Merchant Card Services

Credit cards

Debit cards

Phone Banking

Mobile Banking

Digital Statements

Zelle

Act as a secondary contact for the Digital Success Managers as needed. Assist in overseeing the maintenance of customer accounts ensuring customer needs are met.

Will assist in providing sales and support services by working with primarily the Digital Success Managers, along with the Digital Banking team and other departments to identify cross-selling opportunities, conduct annual needs analysis, and oversee on-going maintenance of accounts to ensure customers needs are met.

Earn and maintain the respect and trust of customers and fellow employees.

Travel as needed for product installs and maintenance.

Assist with projects related to Digital Banking.

Responsible to promote a positive and collaborative environment that supports teamwork and excellent customer service throughout the organization.

Contribute to the overall success of the organization by leveraging opportunities as they relate to all entities of Bravera.

Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism regarding all employee and customer issues and information.

Maintain a working knowledge of all digital business banking products and features and effectively communicate the benefits to customers.

Maintain a working knowledge of all business and personal products to provide service and to cross-sell to customers in an effort to better serve the customer.

Will recognize and leverage opportunities among all Bravera customers, particularly in regards to digital products and services.

Maintain a high level of computer competency, including PCs and the banks core processing system, and Microsoft products. (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Fully understand and adhere to current banking regulations, policies, and procedures related to digital banking compliance and overall safety and soundness.

Responsible for promoting the organization in the community through participation in various civic and community events, activities, committees and organizations.

The employee will adhere to all banking rules and regulations, including but not limited to the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act. In addition, the employee will be proactive in the prevention of illegal activities, will vigilantly look for activities that may constitute any type of fraud including money laundering, and will report any suspicious activity to the BSA Officer.

Assist in the review of fee structures for digital products and card services and make recommendations for changes as needed.

Participate in annual review of digital banking forms and contracts.

Provide exceptional customer service to Bravera customers.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience: Prior banking knowledge is helpful but not required

Skills/certifications: High level of interest in digital products
