Journeyman Electrician (ND-Licensed)
Job Description
Currently seeking North Dakota licensed Journeyman Electricians to join RK Electric LLC. This position is based in Bismarck, ND. Relocation is not provided.
As a licensed Journeyman Electrician with RK Electric, you will perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential, commercial, and industrial projects while ensuring compliance with NEC and state/local electrical codes.

Responsibilities of the Journeyman Electrician:
Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair wiring, controls, power distribution, and other electrical devices and systems.
Identify electrical requirements based on customer requirements, drawings, and specifications.
Must have customer service abilities
Understand blueprints, drawings, one-line diagrams, and job specifications accurately.
Work with the team to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Utilize site plans, customer input, established procedures, and design software tools as needed.
Perform all other electrical duties as assigned.
Monday – Friday, during busy seasons potential Saturday’s
Requirements of the Journeyman Electrician:
High School diploma or GED (required).
Active North Dakota Journeyman Electrician License (required).
This position is located in Bismarck, Hazen, or Beulah, ND. Relocation is not provided.
Strong knowledge of NEC and state electrical codes.
Good code knowledge, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record (MVR will be reviewed).
Ability to pass a background check.
