[Spherion is interviewing candidates with a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Drafting/Estimating for a Project Manager role in Fargo.
[This position will support multiple projects simultaneously to ensure completion on schedule and within budget. You will work directly with customer, internal team and subcontractors to lead and manage the project(s). Assist with estimating change orders.
[Interested candidates must also have 5 years of infrastructure project management experience.[Pay $80-90k/year DOE[Requirements:
-Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred
[-Minimum of Associates degree in Drafting/Estimating or Construction Management
-Must have experience with structural steel, miscellaneous metals, reinforcing steel, concrete
-Minimum of 5 years of infrastructure project management experience
-Proficiency in various computer software programs (Microsoft Excel, TeklaEPM, BlueBeam, ComputerEase)
-Possess excellent communication and relationship management skills
-Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
-Excel and adaptable to working independently and with a team
-Proficiency to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications
-Problem solving and organizational skills
-Attention to detail to ensure a high degree of accuracy
