We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our laundromat. This role includes managing staff, keeping the facility clean and running smoothly, ensuring great customer service, and handling basic financial and inventory tasks.
Responsibilities:
Supervise staff scheduling, training, and performance
Ensure machines, supplies, and facility are maintained
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly
Monitor daily sales, expenses, and inventory
Keep the laundromat clean, safe, and welcoming
Qualifications:
Prior management or supervisory experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic understanding of equipment upkeep (training provided)
Dependable, organized, and able to multitask
