We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team! As our Human Resources Manager, you will be working closely with the entire company to create a positive work environment for all employees. You will also be managing online job board postings, looking through resumes to find top talent, conducting interviews, and handling the onboarding process. Your role will also include assisting with performance reviews and coaching, disciplining employees, and exit interviews. The ideal candidate has extensive HR experience, the ability to lead a team, and strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Job description:

Payroll and timesheets.

Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.

Establish and implement orientation and training programs to help with recruitment efforts and to get employees equipped for their duties.

Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.

Provide clarity and connectivity for employees, so that their responsibilities fit the overall corporate strategy.

Conduct regular training sessions on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution.

Design and implement employee retention strategies.

Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.

Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date.

Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Maintain HR systems and processes.

Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.

Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.

Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team.

Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.

Conduct performance and salary reviews.

Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.

Assist with interdepartmental staff issues and communication to keep the company running smoothly.

Office management.

Process invoices and expenses.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED Bachelor of Science in Human Resources or related field

Knowledge of HR systems and databases

Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and present HR metrics to inform decision-making

Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office, Paycom, Workday, etc.

Experience working in a Human Resources environment

Deep familiarity with basic HR policies, MT/US employment laws, and industry best practices

Pay:

$50,000 - $100,000 DOE
