Backhoe Equipment Operator / Plumbing Laborer
Superior Skilled Trades – Job Location: Mandaree, ND
Pay: $40/hour + $150/day per diem per day worked
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Duration: Approximately 3 weeks
Start Date: Targeting November 3rd (weather dependent)
Job Description:
Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced and dependable Backhoe Equipment Operator / Plumbing Laborer for a short-term project in Mandaree, North Dakota. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of backhoe operating experience and basic plumbing knowledge to assist with underground pipe installations. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up every day, and can represent our company professionally.
Responsibilities:
Operate a small backhoe to dig trenches for underground plumbing.
Assist with underground pipe connections and installations as needed.
Perform general labor duties when not operating equipment.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience operating a backhoe.
Basic plumbing experience preferred.
Must have basic hand tools.
Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
Must be dependable and safety-focused.
Proper use of PPE Required:
Steel-toed boots, hard hat, high-visibility vest, safety glasses, and gloves.
