Touchstone Commercial Building Services is a growing company located in Longmont, CO and looking to hire a HVAC Service Technician to join our team. Our primary clients are commercial and industrial property managers, property owners, and the clients residing in these buildings. We work directly with property management teams in an effort to maintain their buildings.

POSITIONS:
HVAC - Looking for experienced technician with at least 3 years of commercial HVAC experience.
The Facilities Maintenance Technician - looking to utilize several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, heating and cooling.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.
Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repair records as required.
Review assigned work orders and estimates time and materials needed to complete repair. Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks in timely and effective manner.
Assists with installation and modification of building equipment systems.
Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
COMPENSATION:
Market compensation: $23 - $35.00 for skills depending on experience, plus benefits.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent, 3+ years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other team members in a professional and polite manner.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to recognize and deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Must have the ability to work with others, the ability to follow direction from management, and the ability to follow workplace procedures.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to pass a full background check, DMV check and drug screening (Note: as it pertains to marijuana use, company will consider applicable state law when test results are received). Must be able to work in DOD facilities.

AVAILABILITY
Standard work hours for this position are 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Monday through Friday. Must be willing to be on call for after hours service calls. Duties are shared amongst team members.
TRAVEL
This position is based in Longmont but on occasion may be required to travel to locations in neighboring communities in which company provides services.
