Driver Qualifications:
1. Have a Valid Commercial Driver’s License
2. At least 21 years of age
3. Not have had an alcohol or drug-related motor vehicle conviction during the past 2 years.
4. Have no more than three moving traffic violations during the preceding 3 years.
5. No DOT preventable accidents, while not having more than 3 preventable accidents in the past 3 years.
