X Logistics Trucking is looking to add to our thriving organization and is currently seeking a Dispatcher for our Tioga ND location.
The Dispatcher will be responsible for the deployment and tracking all equipment and personnel, and purchasing and distribution of permits.
· Experience with oversight permits and the permit processes, previous rig experience, effectively dealing with customer concerns, and maintaining a high standard of quality and service are required for this position. Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) a plus.
Responsibilities:
Scheduling and dispatch of drivers, work crews, equipment, service vehicles, to deliver freight of services, to a wide range of customers and sites.
Effectively analyzing needs and resources is a key component to optimizing efficiency in a cost-effective manner.
Providing support in a fast-paced environment assisting in completing operational and data entry tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
Establishing long-term efficiency and success, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering on service agreements.
Completing necessary paperwork, including preparing and distributing of work schedules, scheduling and planning sheets, daily scheduling and planning report to fellow supervisors and Company President.
