The Role
You’ll lead sales across North Dakota and eastern Montana, converting prospects into long-term partners. Your goal: secure Master Service Agreements (MSAs), generate recurring revenue, and expand our presence in the Bakken.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Pipeline: Identify and engage decision-makers at E\&P companies, drillers, and service contractors; maintain a robust CRM pipeline.
Solution Selling: Present customized logistics and field-service packages that meet customer needs.
MSA Negotiation: Handle the end-to-end MSA process—proposal, negotiation, and execution—to lock in multi-year agreements.
Territory Strategy: Plan targeted field visits and represent us at regional industry events.
Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed sales targets; report activity and forecast accurately.
Who You Are
Industry Experience: 3+ years in oilfield services or freight/logistics sales, ideally in the Bakken.
MSA Expertise: Demonstrated success negotiating and closing MSAs.
Self-Starter: Comfortable owning a territory and working independently.
Well-Connected: Existing relationships with operators, service companies, and procurement teams.
Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRM tools and open to new sales-enablement technology.
