Description The ideal candidate will have a solid background in both account management and project management, a passion for web design, and the ability to seamlessly collaborate with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their business goals and ensuring their needs are met.Foster strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive engagement.Project Coordination and Management:Lead project kick-off meetings, setting clear expectations and timelines for both clients and internal teams.Collaborate with the web design and development teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables align with client expectations.Effectively communicate client feedback and expectations to internal teams.Needs Assessment:Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and objectives.Work closely with clients to gather project specifications and relay them to the design and development teams.Quality Assurance:Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that the final web design deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.Budget and Timeline Management:Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.Provide clients with transparent and accurate updates on project status.
