Job DescriptionSwift 7 Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Store Operations Assistant to support daily retail operations and ensure efficient store performance. This role is crucial in maintaining organizational flow, assisting management, and enhancing the overall customer experience through strong back-end support. ResponsibilitiesAssist with daily store setup, restocking, and operational preparation.Coordinate inventory management, including receiving and organizing shipments.Support store leadership in maintaining compliance with company standards and procedures.Monitor and report on product levels and operational needs to prevent stock shortages.Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal teams as required.Ensure the timely execution of store administrative tasks.Assist with basic data entry, report generation, and record-keeping.Contribute to store cleanliness and safety protocols.
