The successful candidate will work closely with senior consultants and clients to design, implement, and evaluate leadership development programs that align with organizational goals.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the design and delivery of leadership training programs and workshops.Collaborate with clients to assess leadership needs and create customized solutions.Conduct research on leadership best practices, trends, and emerging tools.Support program evaluation and provide recommendations for improvement.Facilitate group discussions and activities to strengthen leadership competencies.Maintain detailed records and prepare progress reports for internal and client use.
