Customer Account Representative Responsibilities:
-Customer Care Representative with Sales will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
-Successful Customer Care Representatives are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.
-Problem-solving also comes naturally to customer care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints.
-Inbound Customer Service Representative and Sales Representatives are also expected to use a consultative sales approach as you build trust and rapport, learning about the customers’ needs.
-In addition, you will be required to overcome objectives and meet a required quota’s / metrics.
Your goal is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
