Bookkeeper / Administrator

BOOKKEEPER/ACCOUNTANT and OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR NEEDED / Part-time

Flexible schedule any days M-F. Initially, “in office” hours required.

Industrial real estate owner/operator on Cincinnati’s west side needs part-time bookkeeper (or accountant).

A/R and A/P functions, prep month activity for CPA’s closing plus office admin duties.

Eventually, remote access available while maintaining some “in-office” hours.

REQUIREMENTS

College degree or extensive accounting experience preferred.

Experience with Sage50 preferred, QuickBooks acceptable, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) necessary.

Must maintain office files and office in organized manner.

Accounting operations must be maintained timely, accurtaely along with other professional standards.

Willingness to do various office task necessary to get the collective job done and contribute in a positive manner.

Dependability, honorability and trustworthiness are mandatory.

PAY & BENEFITS

Pay will be market competative and based on your experience. Submit pay requirements.

PTO available after 6 months.
