Role Description
We are looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The office is located in Madeira, OH, with flexibility for remote work. In-office meetings will be required, but the bulk of the work can be done at home. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day bookkeeping tasks for our clients. This includes, recording bank transactions daily, recording accounts receivable, sending monthly invoices to clients, monthly bank reconciliations, financial statement preparation, filing sales taxes, and more.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
Certification in QuickBooks Online and other accounting software
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
