A well established CPA firm is seeking a full-time experienced payroll specialist/bookkeeper.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Bookkeeping
- Financial Statements Preparation
- Account Reconciliation
- Payroll Filings
- Handle all correspondence with IRA, State Taxes & Localities
The position pays an average $14-17/hr. There is an initial trail period. However, there is a great potential for growth for the right candidate.
Requirements for this position include:
-Bachelor's degree (preferred), or Associates Degree with continuing education
-Minimum 3-5 years' accounting experience
-Strong verbal & written communication skills
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel & Word
-Peachtree experience preferred
