Certified Pharmacy Technician
Humana is hiring Certified Pharmacy Technicians and Techs in Training in Springdale, OH! Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for researching and updating clarifications and denials on patient profiles
Responsible for making or taking phones calls to and from providers
Communicate and interact with fellow team members to meet department goals
Ability to solve problems and encourage others in collaborative problem solving
Provide professional advice, and enable positive outcomes in a growing organization
Ensure patients receive their medication both timely and accurately
Facilitate patients in receiving financial assistance

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have an active Pharmacy Technician License in Ohio
6+ months of experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a retail, mail order or hospital pharmacy
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Experience using multiple computer applications simultaneously
Strong data entry skills
A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for customer service
Preferred Qualifications:
6 months - 1 year of Pharmacy experience OR equivalent telephonic experience in a pharmacy call center setting
Inbound/outbound call experience in any pharmacy setting a plus
