We are 12 year old online retailer selling on the various marketplace platforms and currently looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping customers, process returns and refunds.
Our schedule time is M-F from 9am-5pm. We are CLOSED on weekends and major holidays. Work experience are welcomed, and will train as well
Requirements include but not limited to:
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Reliable and organized
- Process daily returns and refunds
- Ability to use Word, Excel and other various programs
- Looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping customers
-Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and account questions
-Communicate clearly and professionally by phone and email
-Maintain accurate record of customer interactions
-Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
