What youll be doing:
Manage a high volume of incoming calls, chats and emails
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet personal/team customer service targets and performance measures
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage and astound customers
We are looking for someone who has:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Track record of over-achieving targets and goals
Proficient in navigating Windows based computers and using multiple software applications across two monitors
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Ability to multi-task (specifically while talking with callers and resolving their inquiries), prioritize and manage time efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Highly preferred candidates also have:
Associates Degree
Experience working in Property & Casualty/ Homeowners Insurance
Property & Casualty Insurance License
Spanish speaking
