Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is crucial for our non-profit organization where you will be entrusted with handling invoices, credit card reconciliations, and working closely with various internal partners. Responsibilities: Accurately process invoices and ensure they are correctly coded Handle credit card reconciliations efficiently Work collaboratively with internal partners to ensure smooth financial operations Manage and maintain accurate records of accounts payable Process check runs and manage related tasks Handle approvals in a timely and efficient manner Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and other relevant tasks Ensure all customer inquiries are resolved promptly and effectively Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required Oversee the processing of customer credit applications and ensure accuracy at all stages.
