You will have senior management responsibility with a significant focus on business development and delivery of consulting/products/services to our client. Prospective candidates must be local to Cincinnati or willing to relocate.Your future duties and responsibilities: Oversee Profitable Growth: Manage a sub-P&L, ensuring year-over-year profitability. Lead Member Team: Guide a team of consultants within the delivery organization. Drive Business Solutions: Strategically pursue opportunities, create proposals, and present solutions aligned with client growth needs and market trends. Accountability and Execution: Responsible for winning competitive proposals and successful project execution. Innovate Solutions: Utilize your experience and creativity to design and implement complex client solutions.Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Bachelor’s Degree and at least 10 years of professional experience in an IT services organization Deep financial services domain experience, specifically in the field of IT and related delivery capabilities Excellent relationship/account management skills Proven record of accomplishment in building, inspiring and generating new business Strong leader with an ability to support a mixed disciplined team of CGI Members to deliver client and CGI successes. Skilled in commercial negotiation. Able to build strong relationships both internally and externally and work well in a collaborative environment; agile and adaptable.CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
