Equipment Finance Operations Analyst

Description Summary: The Equipment Finance Operations Analyst reviews new loan/lease closings and performs system maintenance to ensure that all material terms are properly reflected in the system of record.Duties & Responsibilities:

Compares funding requests to documentation to ensure accurate funding for both amounts and payees

Performs quality checks on departmental work

Prepares ad-hoc reports requested within business line

Works with audit or risk colleagues to provide information and test internal controls

Participates in high profile/special projects

Maintains, monitors, and updates assigned application systems for assigned business unit

Researches routine problems and recommends or takes appropriate action for resolution

Performs testing or modifications to systems

Maintains and updates documentation of policies or procedures

Generates, reconciles, maintains and monitors reports, files, and/or other data

Responds to questions and provides basic technical support to members of the business unit

Performs other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or experience

1+ years experience supporting financial operations

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred experience working with account documentation, settlements, general ledger, and products supported by Commercial Specialty Operations

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and telephone skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work in a team environment

Resolve problems independently, inform management of all appropriate issues

Work with sense of urgency while maintaining close attention to detail

Demonstrated research experience and problem-solving skills

Additional applications experience including Salesforce and Oracle Lease and Finance Management

Works on small to large, complex projects that require increased skill in multiple technical environments. Works on one or more projects as a team member. Position requires 2-5 years of demonstrated experience in software testing/test automation. What you\'ll own Develop, maintain, and execute manual or automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans in the test environment. Organize, manage, and update comprehensive automated and/or manual testing plans for new and existing systems with input from developers, Tech Leads, and Product Owners. Organize and lead testing efforts for one or more areas within the ecosystem. Experience in API Testing using Swagger & Postman. Experience with UI automation using Java, Selenium and TestNG Experience in Rest API automation using Java, Rest Assured and TestNG Project work exposure in Continuous Integration (CI)/CD.
