We’re seeking a Home Services Sales Specialist who’ll be responsible for managing lead flow as well as answering sales inquiries. This person will also initiate e-mails to people who inquire through that platform as well as manage all contacts and sales-related content for customers in our CRM system. Actively seek to understand the client’s needs and propose the best solutions utilizing our unique and one-of-a-kind consignment services. Sell our unique and one-of-a-kind home and consignment services!

Manage current lead flow and sales inquiries (phone calls, emails, and inquiries generated through our website).

Monitor Customer Resource Management System and manage incoming, in-process, and resolved sales leads.

Initiate email communication with prospective sales leads to thank customers for reaching out to us, let them know what to expect next, and answer frequently asked questions.

Follow up on and manage leads via email, phone, and consignment drop-off times in all markets.

Dispatch leads that appear to qualify for an on-site consultation with the Home Services Team.

Monitor ongoing progress and resolution of all sales leads.

Assist in developing and maintaining process documentation, reporting tools, and customer service indexes as needed.

Administrative duties include but are not limited to scanning and archiving completed Sale Agreements, entering new customers into the EBTH system, etc.

Work directly with the EBTH Director of Sales to drive sales, fill our monthly sales calendars, and keep our sales pipeline full (and growing month after month!).

Perform other duties as assigned.

Have a blast working alongside a vibrant crew of EBTH-ers who like to work hard / play hard!

CREDENTIALS WE ARE SEEKING

2+ years of previous sales experience, preferably in a phone-based environment.

2+ years of phone sales or service experience.

Previous Salesforce experience is a plus.

Proven track record of performance improvement and innovation.

Adaptability in the face of ongoing growth and change.

Excellent writing skills and serious attention to detail.
